Meet with Katie at her studio, or sit down in the comfort of your own home and Katie will come to you to discuss what it is you are looking for. This is the time to have any samples of fabric, flowers or even pictures from magazines that you would like to incorporate or use as inspiration for your wedding. If you don't know where to start don't worry just bring yourself and we will start from there.
Proofs will be made up of the designs that were discussed and the wording for the invitations. You will need to check and sign these if you are happy, or, give Katie a call and she will either come out and meet you again or make the changes and send you another set of proofs. We will make up to three sample/ proof invitations free of charge.
At this point a contract of business will need to be signed, this will cover you if you have wedding insurance and need to cancel for any reason, you will also need to pay a 25% deposit. Once Serenity Card Designs have received the contract and deposit the invitations will be made.
Full payment is to be received before the invitations can be posted out to either you or your guests.
Depending on the type of services you have chosen will depend on what happens next either, all the invites will be wrapped, boxed and delivered to your chosen address either by hand, courier, post, or, you will email or post your list of guests and addresses to Serenity Card Designs and your invitations will be stamped, addressed and posted by Serenity Cards.
When all of your replies have been returned, you then to decide where to sit everyone. This list will then need to be given to Katie so she can make your table plan.
